“ Fuji Cafe offers great service and great Japanese food. I had the best tempura outside Japan. Tempura was light and not heavy. Seafood nabeyaki udon was delicious. Tasty broth and chewy udon with plenty of seafood. Steak teriyaki is tender. We definitely come back again. ”

The taste was immensely satisfying, especially the fried sushi, which I never expected. We requested cooked/fried meat instead of raw meat for all the various sushi’s.The chicken teriyaki was so different, unlike any I've had before; the color seemed like it wasn't fried well but surprisingly great like I went crazy over them—crispy and not too oily. I highly recommend chicken teriyaki with a Coke , a perfect combo. Even the kids will enjoy it. The complimentary corn soup was also a nice touch, with just the right amount of salt. One of the best Japanese foods in Memphis. Note: No kids menu here! ”
